Service Description
While most people want to build muscle for aesthetic reasons, there are several health benefits too: Increasing lean muscle mass, which means you’ll burn more calories at rest It can help strength imbalances which can improve postural issues Improve overall strength Improve bone density and slow down bone loss While all strength training will help to increase strength, there are certain ways to train that will maximize muscular growth. I will customize a training plan, along with a nutrition plan geared toward muscle growth. This plan does require, discipline, consistency and time.
