High Intensity Interval Training is short burst of intense work. This type of workout, helps you burn fat up to 48 hours post workout. HIIT offers maximum benefits in a short amount of time.
Nutrition
Customized nutrition plans that will be used along side one of my workout programs or can be purchased as a stand alone service. It will be tailored to your specific goals, tastes and lifestyle.
