Getting in shape shouldn't be a punishment.  It's an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make.  I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be sore muscles along the way, the benefits are worth the challenge.

Nothing should stop you from having the body you want.  I'm a 51 year old busy single mom.  I work full-time, juggle mom duties and still make time for my workouts.  Trust me,  if I can do it, you can too!  Let me show you how.

Weight Loss

If your goal is weight loss, I will customize a workout program that will maximize the fat burning potential in your body.  

Muscle Building

With a cobination of weight training and a muscle building diet, you will be looking fit and feeling stronger in a few short weeks.

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training is short burst of intense work.  This type of workout, helps you burn fat up to 48 hours post workout. HIIT offers maximum benefits in a short amount of time.

Nutrition

Customized nutrition plans that will be used along side one of my workout programs or can be purchased as a stand alone service.  It will be tailored to your specific goals, tastes and lifestyle.
